INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

Between Vinh Hoa Immigration Consulting Ltd. - Sean Tran (RCIC, #R1041819) and the Client

1. Contact and Identification Details

The Client's name and contact information are collected through the booking form completed prior to scheduling this consultation. By submitting the booking form, the Client confirms that all personal and contact details provided therein are accurate and up to date.

2. Regulatory Oversight

Sean Tran (Xuan Linh Tran) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). The CICC is the governing body responsible for regulating the practice of immigration and citizenship consulting in Canada in the public interest. 3. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of initial consultation services by Vinh Hoa Immigration Consulting Ltd., represented by Sean Tran (Xuan Linh Tran), RCIC, to the Client. The consultation fee shall be as specified in the booking tool at the time of scheduling. The purpose of this consultation is to gather sufficient information to enable the RCIC to deliver a thorough analysis and professional advice regarding the Client's immigration options, including estimated processing timelines, applicable government fees, and associated costs.

4. Client Obligations and Duty of Disclosure

The Client is required to furnish accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as reasonably requested by the RCIC. The Client must provide full and frank disclosure of all material facts relevant to their immigration matter, including any adverse or unfavourable information. Failure to satisfy this obligation may materially affect the quality and accuracy of the advice rendered, render this Agreement null and void, or adversely impact the outcome of any immigration application or the Client's immigration status.

5. Basis of Advice and Limitation of Liability

All advice and recommendations provided by the RCIC shall be grounded in Canadian immigration legislation, regulations, and policy as in force and effect on the date of consultation. The RCIC shall bear no liability or responsibility for any subsequent amendments to legislation, regulatory changes, or shifts in government policy that may occur after the date of consultation and that may affect the Client's future applications or immigration outcomes.

6. Standard of Service and No Guarantee of Outcome

The RCIC undertakes to render services in accordance with the standard expected of a competent member in good standing of the CICC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the RCIC does not warrant or guarantee the achievement of any particular immigration, business, educational, or employment objective, as the ultimate outcome of any application or proceeding is subject to factors beyond the RCIC's control, including but not limited to decisions of government authorities.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The RCIC is bound by a professional duty of confidentiality with respect to all information and documentation provided by the Client. Such information and documentation shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client, except where disclosure is made to agents or employees of Vinh Hoa Immigration Consulting Ltd. acting in furtherance of the services provided hereunder, or where disclosure is otherwise required or compelled by law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

9. Professional Membership, Regulatory Compliance, and Code of Professional Conduct

Sean Tran (Xuan Linh Tran) of Vinh Hoa Immigration Consulting Ltd. is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is fully committed to upholding the CICC's By-Laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and all applicable Regulations governing the practice of immigration consulting in Canada.

The RCIC is further obligated to adhere to the College's Code of Professional Conduct in all dealings with clients and in the provision of immigration services. 10. Client Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By completing form and the payment of the applicable consultation fee through the designated booking tool, the Client confirms that they have read, fully understood, and unequivocally agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
